jumping off the hill..

1705 - the day i've been waiting for.., got time to play some rafting today.. weeeee so excited to do it. you'd called me at 5.20+ to wake me up., thx for that otherwise i can be late.. hahahag.. had some breakfast n then drive to your place and then we go. having so much fun over there, but i still worried a bit bout your safety.. well the most exciting thing to do is jump off from the hill, only jump two times from this trip *sigh*.. seeing you getting so excited make me a lil bit confused... hahahag.. coz i knowed that you usually don't have any intention to do any outbound things.. am i right?  the memorable thing is when you said '' wo pha-pha ar" hahahag.. it is so funny..;p

this day if i could said is the best day on may. :) the trip was fun, exciting, got so much fun with you guys..

my journey as an BC instructor begin_01

yep, like i wish for this year that i want to be a body combat instructor, has finally begin. :) even i still haven't got my license i can do teach at one of the fitness club. well it's only for trial to attract other members but still i can learn some coaching and connecting lesson over there. really hope that this june i can pass the training and have my license with good result. *pray*

oukay cause this is my first time to be an instructor, i could have said that while i do teaching it is so nervous till i'd got a few mistake on my choreo.. ooohh crap.. thx god it's their first time doing combat so i could write up myself a choreo.. hahahag *fiuhh*

some of the members was so excited to join the class. they said that they can sweat a lot.. hahahag... just wish that i could keep on teaching at that place. :) future i'm going to teach at CF.., hope so..
